Greenfields Project is our sister enterprise, and is based at Lawrence Weston Community Farm. The project offers opportunities for older people to get involved in a variety of gardening and craft activities. They produce and sell their wares, including plants, fresh fruit, vegetables, and salad, as well as wood products such as planting boxes, bird houses, and kindling.
Products are available to buy directly from Lawrence Weston Community Farm (from the Greenfields cabin on the left-hand side as you enter the Farm), and at the Brandon charity shops in Bristol.
Over summer 2019, Greenfields underwent a series of improvements thanks to the efforts of volunteer groups. The makeover has not only improved the overall look and feel of the project, but it’s also increased accessibility so that even more people can enjoy the range of activities on offer.
